With over 20 years of international education experience worldwide, Gareth understands that effective communication is essential to student well-being and success. Cranebridge's small team of highly trained international educators draws from rich teaching experiences to design personalized, quality learning programs delivered through English instruction.

Our multilingual educators are adept at creating engaging classes by utilizing diverse teaching strategies and assessment-capable approaches to inform planning and teaching. We provide services that honor what children know and can do, collaborating with parents, teachers, and schools to create personalized learning experiences that meet every student's individual goals and aspirations.

Vivian Ge

Co-founder & Student Services Director

Bringing 15 years of experience in university library services, student affairs, and academic support. As our Cultural Bridge Specialist and Family Communication Coordinator, Vivian combines her native Chinese background with strong bilingual communication skills to guides families confidently through the transition to international education.

Her professional experience gives her insight into academic expectations and family needs, while her mission focuses on helping families foster clear communication between home and school. By blending cultural understanding with academic expertise, Vivian helps Chinese families navigate IB programs with confidence and peace of mind.

Cranebridge began with just one student and a recognition that families needed better English language support. When COVID-19 changed education, we discovered how technology could actually enhance our personalized teaching approach. Gradually, more families found us, and we began supporting students across different ages and subjects. But we stayed true to what mattered most: high-quality teaching by experienced educators who genuinely care about each student.

As we worked more closely with families, we realized we were doing something beyond tutoring. Many international families—especially those transitioning to IB schools—needed help navigating not just academic challenges, but cultural and communication gaps as well. We developed our Learning Hubs because we wanted to bring our educational beliefs into a face-to-face setting. These experiences created a sense of community and belonging for parents as they witnessed the joy of hands-on learning in their children—something truly special to see.

Today, Cranebridge remains a small, dedicated team focused on personalized learning and supporting families through educational transitions—one student and one family at a time.
